Performance of two works at the Lunigiana International Music Festival in Fivizzano, Tuscany, Italy, from July 18-28. These performances will take place while teaching composition, giving seminars, and directing the Contemporary Music Ensemble and Contemporary Music Program with Victoria Paterson. Up to eight composers from around the world who have new or recent works performed by the Contemporary Music Ensemble will be selected to take part in this program.
Performance of one or more works at the Zodiac Music Academy & Festival in Côte d'Azur, France, from July 2-15. These performances will take place while directing the composition course at the academy.
Masterclass, coaching, and lecture at Louisiana State University School of Music, of the College of Music & Dramatic Arts. This will culminate in a performance of works later in the semester.
Lecture to the composers at Rutgers University Mason Gross School of the Arts, including a presentation of recent compositions and a discussion of music business-related topics.
